I am getting around 230 marks in IIT JEE 2011.Can I expect to get chemical or civil engineering in IT BHU with the said score?

Are branch changes based on CGPA possible later on after first year?

Currently I am In BITS-Goa with EEE branch.Is it better to stay here or to change to IT BHU if i get in?
