i hav got admission in nirma e.c. as well as bits dubai e.c.

plz guide which of these is better?

also since bits dubai is very expensive so can i get admission in it after completing 1 year in india?

I do not think BITS Dubai has any provisions for joining the institute after first year,  and i do not know how u can  even cope up with studying in India and then joining BITS. Well, the truth is BITS Dubai is a much better institute as compared to Nirma institute in terms of infra or placement or anything else. But considering the high fees , Nirma institute could be decent replacement.

Although Nirma institute is not the topmost of engg. institutes in india, but among private engg institutes , it does hold a good position. Moreover E.C is a good branch and has got good scope in India, so if bugdet is the matter, do opt fr Nirma institute, and do not worry much, it is also a decent colllege.
