what is the admission process to get into college of engineering ANNA university GUINDY FOR BTECH COURSE.SIR IF THERE IS A SEPRATE EXAMINATION THEN TELL ME ABOUT THE DETAILS.

Dear student,

a) Qualification: Candidates should have passed the Diploma examination in
Engineering/Technology in the relevant branch of specialization conducted by the State
Board of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu .
b) Year of Qualifying for Diploma: Candidates who have passed the diploma
examination in the relevant branch of specialization at least two years before the last
date prescribed for submission of application.
c) Place of work: Candidates should be working in a place within a distance of 90 km
from the University so as to enable him/her to attend the classes regularly by 6.15 pm
and the place of working should be in Tamil Nadu.
Candidates obtained Diploma in the area other than mentioned above will be
considered if that Diploma is recognized equivalent to the respective field of study by
the Director (Academic Courses), Anna University of Technology Coimbatore.
