Is mechanical at DCE/NSIT better than CSE or ECE or EE or Mech at IIT Roorkee or Bits Pilani?

If yes, where is Mech better ?

The preferance of the streams with the colleg you are opting for in decreasing order are as : -

1. BITS, Pilani with the branch you are opting for
   
2. IIT Roorkee with the branch you are opting for
   
3. Mech., NSIT/ DCE
   

Between DCE and NSIT, Mech. is better in DCE.
