which institute provide good btech course in c.sci and engineering and what should be the rank in iit or aieee?

All iits ,iiit,s and nits....provide good b.tech course in C.S.E. To get CSE in old iit's you should get rank <700 ,where as in new iits around 1500-2000 is enough.
