which is better - computers at vit or Msc + B.E. at bits goa ??

i feel M.sc +B.E at bits goa is better,because i have heard that the facilities at BITS goa are better,they have only single/double rooms whereas in VIT u can avail single/double rooms but i think u have to spend extra.I am not very sure about these facts kindly try to contact the people reading there,then take action.
