I HAVE GOT 19,148 RANK IN AIEEE,STATE RANK 810 AND 545 IN GEN CATEGORY CAN I GET NIT JAMSHEDPUR I BELONG TO JHARKHAND

Regarding AIEEE also your rank is not so good but you will get to some of the NITs. Prefer opting for some core branches like Electrical, Mechanical, Civil ( as you wont be getting the best of NITs ) so that you can give competitive exams like IES after graduation also. Avoid NITs like Patna, Silchar, Srinagar or Agartala.

Closing rank for NIT Jalandhar was 25,000 but that was for Textile ( not a good branch ) and the closing rank for NIT Jashedpur was 14,665 for Production and Industrial applicatin ( good branch ) . You can get this or civil at the latter.
