At that rank, you can possibly get DCE computers and even NSIT Computers and IT...

If your goal is to get into a company like Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, McKinsey etc. l...I think it will serve you better than IIT

IIT is the best option in this. The correct order is as below:

1.IITM chemical

2. IITM civil

3. IITH electrical
