What will be the better option:

Computer or electronics at IIT Roorkee

or

IIIT Hyderabad

I think , you shud opt IIT Roorkee ..IIT is brand name and the top institute in India.. Also your rank is quite good..with this rank you can easily get a branch of your choice in old IITs ..  The IITs receive disproportionately high grants compared to other engineering colleges in India .. Also the top meritorious students from various parts of country ..This combination of success factors has led to the concept of the IIT Brand..

Computer Science or electronics at any old IITs is always better in terms of both placements and future research point of view.

But in terms of place hyderabad is better than in iit roorkee. But I would suggest IIT Roorkee is better option compared to

IIIT Hyderabad.
