See it depends totally upon what factor you are talking about. If you have interest in leaning machines and mechanics , go for electrical and mechanical. But if you are only looking for a good high salaried package placements, better go with CS. But IIT tagname is very useful in future also , so do think while choosing. If you only care for money go for CS in BIT

Yes , it completely depend upon your intrest , and also iit and bits have very much diffrence between them ,
frst of all the branches , getting cs in bits pilani campous is like a far fetched dream , beacuse its too difficult , but not impossible .
and if u are getting cs in other campous than pilani , then obviously choose iit as your destination .
beacuse bits pilani is far more excellent than iit , even from iit delhi also . bits is the frst engg college who brought international working school in india , and after that iit kanpur did it .
and in bits , the comptt. will be more beacuse every one who came there are talented as of no reservation system in bits , but iit lacks that .
and money is the most imp factor as bits hv much more fees higher than iit as its a private college .
AND KINDLY MENTION THE NAME OF IIT WHERE U ARE GETTING ELECTRICAL OR MECHANICAL , ONLY THEN WE CAN COMPARE THE BITS WITH THAT PARTICULAR IIT .
”REST DEPEND UPON YOU .
ALL THE BEST ..
