what should i take ,cse or mechanical at nit rourkela

Prefer CSE. Although mechanical is also a good option.

It depends on your interest mainly. For deciding i would suggest once go thru the syllabus of both the courses on thier website, you will get idea what you will be studing.

Also if you think both are equally good studywise, and you want more package at the end of the couse take CSE, because now a days CS is trending and has high offers
