should one go for Bits dual degree(Msc with cs) or drop a year for IIIT Hyderabad or better?

i think droping a year for iit hyderabad is good only and only if you are very much determined and motivated to get that college and a particular stream in that much college. idea of bits dual degree is also good but not as good as idea of persuing a good stream in iit hyderabad
