should I go for new IITs like hyderabad for civil or should i opt BITS pilani/hyderabad core branches

Congrats that you could make it iit and BITS.

IIT Hyderabad is a new branch of IIT and not that famous and good as other IIT`s.BITS is a very famous institute and has been famous for years.So I think BITS civil is better than IIT and there are even 2^nd couselling and 3^rd in BITS so you could get nice braches if possible.
