i want to opt for btech in cse which college should i join nit jamshedpur or iiit gwalior?

I think you should go for NIT than IIIT. The reason I say this is because NIT is far older and accredited institute than an IIIT that too in gwalior . It is relatively new,and since NIT receives more funding the facilities at NIT would be better.
