I have passed my 12 standard in 2014-15 with 81% from cbse I have applied for improvement for class 12 but as the pattern for Jee mains is changing I may not give the improvement. Will I still be eligible for BISAT 2015-16 with my previous board score

No if you aggregate score is not upto the mark as required in BITSAT .You are not eligible for BITS
