I am currently in class 11 and want to do B. S. in physics from iit Kanpur... What rank is required for selection? And are there any other good colleges offering the course?

i appreciate of ur dream to do well in physics from now . actually that courses are offered at every iit and also in thapar university and bits pilani , goa and hyderabad . also 
and as its a 2^nd demandable i courses in physics branch , sop  getting iit kanpur is a bit difficult thing . so, nearly u have to get the rank within 2500-3100 for that , and its the CRL not catagory rank . 
so, study hard from now , clear the advanced , u have ample of time right now , 

u can do the best
