hi iam vamsi i qulifide in jee mains 2018 and i got a rank of 43000 my question is that in which nit colleges can i get (my cast ..OBC) and for which nits colleges should i keep for counslling

NIT Jamshedpur or NIT hamirpur will be top NIT as per your rank.You can fill a bit little NIT like calicut,shilchar,srinagar of further on tour demanded department with preferably home state quota or you will get also in other state.all the best.

In case you don't get a good college on the basis of this rank, then you can opt for some of the good private universities like LPU, SRM, VIT, etc offering various specializations in B.Tech.
They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of your marks in class 12. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12 or JEE or even during the course.
All these universities offer world class learning atmosphere to students along with good placements. Check their websites for more details.
