why does the earth not become as hot as the sun although it has been receiving heat from the sun foe ages?

earth have also mechanism to escape out the heat , its enviornment emit certain kind of radiation in forms of heat in night and it becomes cool down again in night . 
so, the heat that it receives in the morning and day time , it sent back that in the night in the form of radiation . 
in summer time or polluted area , global warming happens , due to trapping of heat in the surface of earth .
