Which is more elastic among rubber and steel?......Can you explain with reason

its a very common ques , physics is quite diffrent in this case . 
elasticity will be measured by the youngs modulus value of the body . 
a material shows elastic behavious before yield point and if youngs modulus is more than material , then it wl not yield early . 
youngs modulus for rubber is = 0.1 GPA 
y.m of steel is = 200 GPA 

so, steel is more elastic than rubber acc to physics
