1. The first of thermodynamics does not comment upon feasibility of a process, whether a particular process is possible by itself or at cost of transfer of energy.
2. It does not talk about th direction of flow of heat, whether from hot to cold, or from cold to hot.
3. It does not include the fact that practically not all heat energy into mechanical work.
