Acceleraton of system of masses = 4g/12 = g/3 
ension in wire 1 = 4g / 3
strain = {(4g/3)/5*10^(-7)}/2*10^11 = 1.33 * 10^(-4)
tension in wire 2 = 8g/3 
strain = 2.6*10^(-4)
