1 CALORIE = 4.186 JOULES BUT NOT 4 JOULES SINCE BY OBSERVING THE DECIMAL FIGURE THAT IS .186 REFERS THAT 8 IS THE NUMBER WHICH COMES AFTER 5, SO IT IS MORE THAN  5 . SO WE CAN WRITE IT AS 4.186 OR 4.19 BUT NOT 4.
