Vander Waal Equation is
(P + an^2/V^2 )(V-Nb)=RT
At low pressure and high temperature
The space occupied by gas molecules becomes negligible as compared to total space, so Nb is neglected
also force of attraction between gas molecules is neglected so a is almost 0

therefore PV=nRT
