Volume in the glass increases by 80. 256 . 1.2 . 10^–5
Volume of mercury increases by 80. 256 . 1.8 . 10^–4
Overfow = 80 . 256 . 10^–4 ( 1.8 – 0.12 ) = 3.4406 = 3.4 cc
