please tell the initial thickness of ice
or you can use formula
dx/dt = K\Theta/\rhoLx
on integerating we get
t = x2\rhoL/2K\Theta
where x is initial thickness
K is thermal conductivity
\Theta is ambient temperature
L is latent heat
\rho is density
