Rate of power emitted in case 1

=\dfrac{dH_1}{dt}=\dfrac{KA}{\pi r}(\theta_1-\theta_2)+\dfrac{KA}{\pi r}(\theta_1-\theta_2)

Rate of power emitted in case 2

=\dfrac{dH_2}{dt}=\dfrac{KA}{\dfrac{3}{2}\pi r}(\theta_1-\theta_2)+\dfrac{KA}{\dfrac{1}{2}\pi r}(\theta_1-\theta_2)
Since power emitted in second case is greater, the heat transferred will also be greater in second case in a particular amount of time.
