let me to explain the process over here ,
when u on the fan , we feel cold but the fan doesnot nessasaryly to affect the actual temp of the room , it just help our sweat evaporate by blowing air over our skin , the evaporation has a cooling effect , and also the air flow continiously and remove the hotter air around our body , so, we feel cool .
this work as long as air is colder than our body external surface .
