Dear Sir/Madam We have a non vacuum furnace for heat treatment operation.we have done so many solutionising treatmnets and found our parts scaling high. To reduce this problem we have made plan of constructing a properly sealed box and maintianing vacuum in it so that there won’t be any problem of scaling. Now the problem is we can switch on the pump only before staring the furnace,not during the heat treatment process as out system is a low cost system which will not withstand higher temperature. So if we maintain vacuum before the process in a properly sealed vacuum and switch of the vacuum system will the sealed box will under vacuum ,if not what is the increase in pressure inside the box Please guide me in this problem as we have lots of parts to be solutionised Regards, Snehith
