dear satu 
derivation is not required for this , u can understand by simple logic 
at constant volume , the work done is 0 , therefore , whole of heat supplied is used in increasing the temperature , 
at constant pressure ( cp ) a part of heat supplied is used by the system , in doing work , therefore , more heat is needed to increase the temp. by a given amount .
