can tempreature of kelvin and celcius scale be same ever
and also why tempreature cannot go bellow -273.15*C

Kelvin = C + 273
 
hence kelvin temperature and celsius temperature can never be equal.
 
 
At zero kelvin (minus 273 degrees Celsius) the particles stop moving and all disorder disappears. Thus, nothing can be colder than absolute zero on the Kelvin scale
