air is thermal insulator ,,,,,, but why air is heated ???? give me explanation …..............................................................................................

Air is heated that means the chemical reaction is taking place considering the O2 gas.
In Presence of O2 the combustion takes place and the suitable oxide product is formed.
However air is termed as insulator as current cannot break down its resistance for the charge to pass through it.
