The definition of adiabatic bulk modulus K is
K=V(dP/dV)
V=volume
P=pressure
So you have to find out dP/dV.
Use the relation PVgamma =constant.
Differentiate  with respect  to V.
(dP/dV)Vgamma + gamma.Vgamma-1P=0
From here 
dP/dV=-(P×gamma)/V
So K=-gamma×P=-5P/3
