No. of moles of oxygen gas, Nx = 64/32= 2 moles
No. of moles of helium gas, Ny = 40/4= 10 moles
Since it's a closed chamber, therefore, the temperature and pressure is constant.
Then according to ideal gas equation, 
 PV=nRT
V=kn
(where k=RT/P)
Vx =  Nx =   2   =   1
Vy.     Ny    10.       5
 
and, V is directly proportional to length.
Therefore, 
lx  =  1
ly.     5
