A body at 50 degree Celsius cools in surroundings maintained at e0 degree Celsius. Calculate the temperature when the rate of cooling is half that of beginning.

Dear student,

Please correct the surrounding temperature. Otherwise, the rate of cooling is proportional to the difference in temperature of the hot body and surroundings.

Therefore, when the rate of cooling falls to half, its temperature difference with surrounding also does.
