Let the final temperature of the mixture beT.

Gain in heat of ice=Loss in heat of water
\implies (1)(0.5)(0-(-10))+(1)(80)+(1)(1)(T-0)=(4.4)(1)(30-T)
\implies T=8.7^{\circ}C
