What is the wave called when you combine an audio wave with a radio wave?

Audio wave(there is no as such name either i think u meant sound wave) and than sound waves and radio waves do not combine,,,, it is just in case of signal that we use radio wave as a carrier wave to carry the signals to large distance, and that is known as  amplitude modulated wave.
