For thermal equilibrium only temp will be the same.assume 1kg water and 5kg water in separate containers when brought in contact via conducting medium their temp will become same but IE and Heat will be different

if 2 bodies are in thermal equilibrium then only their temperature will be same ,provided the heat exchange takes place between the 2 bodies only..........
