the formula for COP is given and calculations is given below
 COP =         T cold
            ----------------------
             T hot – T cold
   5 = Tc
   ----------------------       
    T hot--T c
  
5Th – 5Tc = Tc
5Th = 6Tc
 
so,Th/Tc==5/6
so 5/6 is the answer
