A chemical bond is an attraction between atoms that allows the formation of chemical substances that contain two or more atoms. The bond is caused by the electrostatic force of attraction between opposite charges, either between electrons and nuclei, or as the result of a dipole attraction.

it defers in matter when uh are in different classes.there are certain forces namely wanderwaal force, dispersion force ,london force,ionic bond covalent bond and dative bond.all the theories of inter atraction of atoms to form a molecule constitutes the chemical bonding. in class 11 uh would have a chapter on the same name which would elaborate ur knowledge abt the same.... thankyou
