0.15 M urea, 0.05 M CaCl2, 0.15 M Glucose are isotonic with another.

Isotonic solutions are those which have same osmotic pressure(π=CRT)
at constant temperature.
For, 
Since, temperature and R(universal gas constant) are constant:
=π is directly proportional to C( concentration)
Since, UREA and GLUCOSE have same concentration, therefore they are isotonic.
