In tetrahederal voids the relation b/w the radii of the void with the radii of sphere is:
rvoid = 0.225*rsphere
In Octahederal vvoid,
rvoid = 0.414rsphere
and In Cubic,
rvoid = 0.732rsphere
 
Hence from the all above datas it is clear that the cubic voids are the largest voids due to larger radius in cpompare to others.
