millimoles millimoles
=1(Limiting) = 3 (Excess)
Millimoles of Ba(OH)2 > HCl
Remaining amount of Ba(OH)2 = 2 millimoles
Ba(OH)2 -------> Ba + 2OH-
thus millimoles of OH- = 2*2 millimoles
