The formula of washing soda is Na2CO3.10H2O
On standing it loses its water of crystalisation and becomes Na2CO3
Gram Molecular Weight of one mole of washing soda (Na2CO3.10H2O) = 286 g
Weight of water lost from one mole of washing soda due to standing = 10 x 18
                                                                                                             =180 g
Percentage loss in weight = (180÷286) x 100
                                          = 62.94%

Hope you find it useful.
Thanks!
