It will be 1:16... As we the radius of hydrogen atom is directly proportional to the square of its principle quantum number.. Hope U like it..

We know that r is directly proportional town square. 
So  for first excited state n= 2
             Ground state n=1
R= 4(squareof n = square of 2)
 
 
R'=1(square of 1)
Now ratio = pi  square of R/pi Square of R'
                   = 16/1
