k1=k2=k3
For first order reaction,
R1=k1[A]
For second order reaction,
R2=k2[A^2]
For  third reaction order reaction,
R3=k3[A^3]
As A is less than 1M, A would be more than A2  more than  A3  
Therefore,r1 greater than r2 greater than r3.
 
Therefore A option is correct.
