centripetal force is produced by electrostatic force. 
mv2 /r =e*Ze/4(pi)(epsilon naught)r2 .  cut a r from lhs and rhs an d multioply both sides by (1/2). u have the answer as 2

@ambarish the answer should be 8 since you are multiplying by 1/2, 4 is in the denominator denominator is being multiplied by 2
