Answer is 21. There is no change in nfactor of hydrogen and oxygen. So we have to see the change in oxidation number of nitrogen. In hno3 oxidation state of n is +5. While in no it is +2.so change in oxidation number =3. So equivalent weight of hno3=mass of hno3/3=(1+14+16×3)/3=""21."" Thank ☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺
