Sir, u have a slight mistake here,Its work function is 7.18 × 10 raised to power -19 J not the one you listed. Rest of question is fine

Dear student,
Please find the solution to your problem.

KE = 0.35 eV = 0.35 x 1.6 x 10-19 J
= 0.56 x 10-19 J

Now, hv = hc/λ = 6.626 x 10-34 x 3 x 108/256.7 x 10-9 = 7.74 x 10-19 J
we know, hv = Wo + KE
Hence, Wo = hv – KE
= 7.74 x 10-19 – 0.56 x 10-19
= 7.18 x 10-19 J

Thanks and regards,
Kushagra
