its a very simple question . 
i am giving you the right approach in which u can solve the question . 
u have given with 
conductivity – 0.024 s cm ^ -1   ( k ) 
concentration terms  = 0.2 M 
k here represent the conductivity and often callen as kappa . 
so, the ques asks about molar conductivity ( delta m ) 
molar conductivity = K * 1000 / C 
JUST APPLY the above formula and get the answer . 
here we are multiplying 1000 beacuse of the cm . if kappa ,will be in meter then no need to multiply 1000 .
