Hello Student
When a bimolecular reaction involves solvent molecules or catalysts, its acts as a first order reaction. This is because the rate of reaction depends only on the concentration of catalyst.

When one of the reactant is taken in excess in that condition biomolecular reaction in kinetically first order reaction.

when any solvent is in excess amount than the rate depends only on one of the reactant as there is negligible change in excess sovent as compared to its concentration so it is biomoleculer but is of first order.
